The REAL Miyoko’s vegan butter right here! No longer want to support “those companies” but need butter for your life? Make my 30 second butter here from my new book, The Vegan Creamery. No lecithin, no emulsifier, just three ingredients plus salt if you want.

3/4 cup melted refined coconut oil (melted but not hot)
1 cup liquid oil, chilled in fridge (avocado, sunflower, safflower, etc)
1/2 cup to 1 cup cold plant milk (soy,
oat, cashew)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt (optional, for taste)

Blend the two oils, then add cold milk and process until it looks like mayonnaise. It will firm up in the fridge.
