  1. If you ruin it, keep the water. That's butter milk!
    Turn the mistake into an opportunity:

    Keep whipping until it's butter. Then squeeze out the clumps to get more water out of them and prevent spoilage, mix in herbs / salt / spices as desired (you can also melt this butter and add flavorings before jarring and keeping in the fridge).

  2. I'm in Ontario Canada. Making no-bake cherry cheesecake and I switched from using Cool Whip to making my own whipped cream to mix with the cream cheese, it's so much better. Oh in Ontario it's called whipping cream..it's 35% cream. Since the big economic crisis we've been living with our 473 ml carton of whipping cream costs $5.89. I don't know how many ounces that is but it is exactly 2 cups. 😮 REDICULOUS!! Sorry to say, my hubby isn't getting his cheesecake as often as he likes to. (This carton used to cost $2.99 – $3.99)
