2. Ma'am but mujhe bohot prblm hoti hai I am neet aspirant 11th standard student 7 am to 2 pm school with traveling and 3pm to 8 or 8:30pm for coaching with traveling bohot prblm ho rha hai manage nhi kr pa rhi please help kr dijiye…. Please ma'am help me.. 😢😢

3. All is good but the sleeping time is very less a normal person should have proper sleep of atleast 7 hours.
