Bruh trim first ALWAYS
If you live in a humid state like I do it dries a lot faster in the October-April range than it does May-September. Early spring and mid fall are peak painting time imo. Late March and October. You can have the windows opened with comfortable air for you too.
Paint trim first. Cool room so paint dries slowly. You don’t need to tape near the ceiling. Use a 1”-1.5 sash brush – the one pictured is too fat. And taking the tape off when the paint is just close to dry prevents pulling dry paint off. This video isn’t very good.
