Would it be possible to move the study room next to the bedroom? Just thought that opening the entryway into a big living room would be a nice, cozy option.
Bro even I who not a pro know this, the og guy blunder hard putting the space over there. Also circular wall, is almost always a no no for everyone: tenant and builder.
This video reminds me of Ikea. They always have some mini apartment set up to show you what you can do in a small space, say 400-500 square feet, and they look pretty reasonable. They give lots of storage, look practical, and still feel cozy. My problem in them is that I have lived in many small apartments and they are never played out in a way that's half as practical as the fake apartment in an Ikea show room. Like the original version of the room in this video, all the small apartments I've lived in feel like they were designed by someone who never once took the time to imagine what it would be like to actually live in and use the space. Clearly, the person that designed that floor plan has never lived in a basement apartment, or worked in a space that had 0 access to natural light. It's awful. People want to look up from their desk and be able to look outside. They don't want to study in closets. Anyone responsible for designing floor
Hmm, now I really want to build one 🤔
a home shouldnt be a 1/4 of a house
Wow.. that was really good. One quick question. Wouldn't you recommend window openings and lights in the bathroom toilet?
Real estate folks will turn any space into a "home" so they can charge you $1500 for it.

I was very relieved to see some rectangular shapes in there
You should just be in charge of every single floor plan ever created cliff
