I train with straight Arm and Scapula Protraction to train for Shoulder and Serratus Anterior and Straight Arm Biceps Strength for the Full Planche or Maltese.
are those machines good for growing chest? 🤔 I use one and I see my chest slightly bigger but not like I wish. The machine has 70 lbs weights. Or Is it better push ups? It’s more difficult for me to do push ups

That actually isn’t a mistake that how you do proper pec fly arm straight from back to front 😂 bend arm back is a preference 💯
It’s totally opposite. 1st one targets only chest part but 2nd targets on the front delt.. it’s my personal experience
