  1. My gym’s pec deck doesn’t have that second hinge like most pec decks do. This makes it so I can’t fully extend my arms when bringing them together. I’m not trying to lock my joints, but my arm still has like 2 inches it can extend more. So I’m always having my arms bent throughout the entire motion. I arch my back slightly and try to puff out my chest but it still brings me great pain to my shoulder no matter the weight. Is this the fault of the machine or is my form just really that shit? I’ve been ripping hairs out because I’m not educated enough to figure it out myself
