  1. This video is super insightful! I’ve been really thinking about how to navigate fundraising for my startup, and all the tips you shared are gold. I actually use Akiflow to keep track of my progress and manage my pitch deck tasks. It helps me stay organized and focused on what needs to be done daily, especially when juggling investor relationships. How do you recommend balancing a pitch deck with actual product development? I feel like it’s tough to split my time effectively!

  2. My first fault in my first company was the team. I got to excited being able to raise and see potential in the idea and the product but realized everyone wasn't pulling their weight. Proposed restructure however no one could agree hence I left. Started a second company, learned a lot of mistake from my first and I can safely say what used to take me 7 months to do we achieved in 2 weeks. Generating revenue too 🙂
