  1. I just replaced my microwave with the same model newer edition. Took me 4 hours. The new bracket was smaller an and didn't have big verticle slats like the old one so it couldn’t be mounted over the tile so it couldn’t go low enough to fit, I can tell the new microwave has a lot do cost cutting measures compared to the one from 5 years ago. But luckily I was able to use the old bracket and just bent the middle two cleats, and it went in like a champ. Saved me 150 install fee. Thanks!

  2. Something that is bothering me…the dotted line around the wall template. Directions indicate to cut the template at the dotted line. I would think that this instruction is most important regarding the top line. He doesn’t do that and no other videos I have seen address it either. I would think not cutting at the top line would leave a gap between the top edge of the microwave. Please reply ASAP! Thanks!
