Lwk 0/10 recipe, the knife had a horrible, hard texture with a metallic after taste. The fillings also made thousands of micro cuts on my tongue. I really would not recommend this recipe it will ruin your week
"roughly a 20 degree angle" shows a 40° angle

Actually, honing the edge would be sharpening it. What the steel does is BURNISH it.
