  1. Very cool, but this is a routine of an influencer or a millionaire without worries. If you want to survive, 2 hours of no work before sleep is a type of luxury we cannot afford. Sounds dystopic, i know, but just look around.

  2. thank you, i've struggled with quality sleep my whole life, but at an advanced age am trying to make major life changes…some ive done before (good exercise/fitness) but never was good with sleep patterns or procedures

  3. I do a lot of tweaks to improve my sleep at 71 years. (Glycine, stopping fluids at 4 pm, no alcohol—well, not ‘no’, maybe little) It’s much better than it used to be, but I haven’t mastered the 3-2-1 part, nor going to bed early enough. Tonight I’m going to set alarms on my phone for 3-2-1 so I don’t forget to stop what I’m doing and push everything too late. Wish me luck.
