Gotta try that. I do turkey breasts all the time and simply brine in salt and water and then some voodoo for about 4 hours. Baste and cook at 325 until 157 (I know but it is the sweet spot), pull, rest and slice. Amazing.
There is under rated meat you should do an episode on that me and my family love and is better the Carne asda I'm a long watcher of your program and love all your products do an episode on smoked beef tounge I guarantee you will love it and personally use your fajita and voodoo blends on this cut smoke it then toss on corn tortillas red onion and cilantro and cojita cheese and bam fantastic meal good luck

This looks good. I bet it tastes way better on a traditional smoker. Pellet smokers are great. Set it and forget it, but you can definitely taste the difference though.
