Awesome! I know you love using the pickled jalapeño peppers but give the Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce a try (if you haven't) as a marinade along with a little citrus. I find it even better for meixican style bbq. Thank me later in a video. 😉
The hardest part for me is finding the turkey breasts. The only ones we can get here are the pre-brined butterballs

Take your butter and make ghee. Then infuse dry chili mixture by heating up the ghee to 350 and pour in your dry chili mixture. Ghee only. Don't use any type of oil. You will have chili spice infused ghee. Vac seal your turkey breast in your chili infused ghee in the refrigerator over night. 24 hours. That breast will be off the charts delicious!
As a south Texaner there are two words in BBQ that we despise, "Too Smokey". There is no such thing as too smokey. Our meats have COPD with all the smoke we put on them. Hmmm delicious!
