  1. … So .i have just a little and simple advice ,for make my advice more better this is only for me i just want to make my advice more helpfull , that's why i m saying , we should watch every podcast and videos on x it s better than 2x bcoz than we learn be more calm .

  2. The truth is, I’ve noticed that women who gossip or engage in a bit of negative talk often tend to be the most social and popular especially when there’s a cup of coffee or tea involved. People who are overly cheerful sometimes end up repelling others or coming across as annoying or butt kissers.

    In the world of men, those who complain or use sarcasm often seem to attract more attention and popularity. There’s even a whole movie that captures this dynamic “Gran Torino”.

    The key to good conversation is to speak softly, make some eye contact, share interesting facts, and follow up thoughtfully.
