Let’s talk stance width – there is NO one size fits all. Many factors dictate what your stance width should be (limb lengths, hip structure, mobility capabilities etc.) the “Hip scour” test can be a great tool in helping you find your ideal stance width. It’ll shed some light on what your hip anatomy is. Do a little research on it. Hope this info helps you ✊🏼
