Dude. Brown sugar havk! No matter how I store it, it always gets rock hard like what the hell? I even had one of those clay things that you soak in water and put it in there. Literally nothing works for me.
Stop being overdramatic and overcomplicating things. 1, stick them in the fridge with the lid slightly open, refrigerators are good cold-process dehydrators. 2, airtight containers help alot when storing out but moving them to smaller containers while storing the rest properly (like big bottle in fridge, smaller bottles in the cubbords) helps keep things simple. 3rd, if you're like me with an 8gal storage box for spices and stuff, it's more convenient to buy disposable dehydrator/calcium chloride to keep everything from getting wet.

Also plesse try marshmallows. Inuse it in everything frim garlic to brown sugar. Works a treat
