After a good shower going to 30 min nap 😩 and when you wake up next day morning😑
When few mins nap after school becoms hour of sleep gods only knows😂
Basically, what I do is… Take a shower, cook a favourite meal and eat it, then take my books to bed because I find that they make me sleep better. 😅
