    Best routine for good habits and study consistently
    7:00 am : wake up ( start with warm water )
    7:00 to 8:00 : meditation ( very important)
    8:00 to 10:00 : study 1 ( have some nuts and seeds )
    10:00 to 12:00 : Breakfast, journaling, shower
    12:00 to 2:00 : study 2 ( drinks lots of water )
    2:00 to 4:00 : lunch , nap , physical activities
    4:00 to 6:00 : study 3 ( have some fruits )
    6:00 to 8:00 : evening walk family time dinner
    8:00 to 11:00 : me time
    11:00 : sleep

    •Stay hydrated. Sometimes all you need is just water.

    •Take some glucose. Your brain loves glucose and your performance depends on your brain. Take some glucose before study sessions.

    •Take a good nap. You don’t have to take a long night sleep but atleast take a nap when you are tired.

    •Stretching. Your body is rusted due to too much

    •relaxation. Move a little, go for a walk,
    Study things which require less effort. When you are tired don’t push yourself too much!

    • meditation: it helps to concentrate on your study , boost thinking power , can give you sense of calm and emotional well being

    • sleep : always sleep before 12:00
