  1. My suggestion is when you take a break dont go on your phone or game or do anything that will spike your dopamine level, instead walk around, stretch, or read a book, or do something that will make you feel refreshed when you get back to studying

  2. First take a nap for 30 minutes and study for 15 minutes then take a break for 5 minutes. Not taking a break after a lot of things is dangerous as forcing yourself to still do study when you are tired may cause fatigue or any underlying conditions.
