This is great but also if you are falling asleep almost immediately you NEED to sleep then, unless you have a next day deadline catch up on your sleep. Your brain also likes rest -_-
I tried rewarding myself with snacks before. After a while, I even started using main meals as rewards, which really messed up my relationship with food. I gained 5 pounds in a few months. So I don't recommend it.
