Everyone who is saying he shaded the guys face to make it look more full, watch as the video loops at the end back to the beginning, there was no shade added. It’s an optical illusion, because he added the lighter skin tone from his neck to where he took hair off, there’s no difference in the shading of the skin, only a clearly defined line because of the photo shop.
