The best defence is not to go to London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow or Leicester.
a big load of BS ! ! !
The F…ing governments have put us in this situation and as a woman I'm terrified to go out also for my sons. This once beautiful safe country 😢😢😢😢😢 Thank for showing us❤
Thank you so much. What a fantastic simple and practical approach. Avoid bleeding out! Run LF, Barrier, Defence. Keep your arse, your organs and your arteries away. Try to go up the scale to Gold. Nam I might remember that! And no I really don't mind that you cant pronounce Tourniquet. Is it not Tour Nick Wet?
GOD FUCKING HELP US. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Isn’t it a sad world we live in now
We used to teach the three E's. Escape, Equalise, Eliminate the threat. Basically what you're talking about. Edged weapons are extremely dangerous and while we've all pulled off fancy manoeuvres time and time again in a training environment with training equipment, nothing prepares you for the first time someone pulls a real knife or shank on you and your brain suddenly turns to porridge and runs out of your ears 😁. Training gross motor skills is generally a really good option because once adrenaline dumps into your system the fine motor skills go out of the window. 🙏
One of the questions my kids ask me is, “Dad, what should I do if someone ever tries to grab me or kidnap me?” It’s heartbreaking that we even have to prepare them for situations like this, but sadly, the world feels very different now — and our children are vulnerable targets. Do you have any videos or resources that teach kids how to respond in these scenarios? If not, creating one would be incredibly valuable for parents trying to equip their children with practical, age-appropriate safety advice.
Alot of people carry back packs they are a good barrier as hopefully the knife wedges into it you twist the pack
63 years old, arthritis, my pension is only €770. I have nothing left that anyone wants. Only crazy people would try to control the situation when I'm out in the park.
