Hair should be shampooed the last because the body wash can stay longer rubbed onto the skin than the hair shampoo can on the Scalp. If you rub in the hair shampoo first , the scalp has to endure the shampoo until you finally finish rinsing the body. Shampoo is a bit toxic
1 min to shower your entire body?? It takes me 20 to wash only my hair
You wash your body with your hands. No loofah, body scrubber or even a washcloth?
