  1. i am a VERY picky eater. does not matter if i have tried it or not. i refuse to try it. i cannot get over that habit. i am trying to start a food plan of 1 new food each month but i keep refusing to. i just dont have enough strength to get past this. i am 13 and want the motivation to work out. i want to get in shape and be healthier. i enjoy working out but i cannot go to a gym as my community gym is 16+. i also have a problem with lust and porn i cannot get over. i have been christian for most of my life. i have been seeking to god when i feel the temptation but i still end up doing it. any tips to any of those?

  2. This is just mental junk food. Honestly, this is a super loney road.
    I believe in all of you. Friends!friends!friends! Outside of work, local communities. Plese listen. If you're in a rut. Church, soup house, communal meals, park bbqs, helping your community will get you closer than this short reel will.
    You dont have to be fit. Just get involved.
