Why do the pins always get stuck in my rivet gun? I have 2 different rivet guns, one allows the pin to fall out and the other swallows the pin into a collection jar. But with both of them the pins almost always get stuck and I have to try to pull them out or tap them through.

Squeeze the handle before trying to install the head (screw). It will relieve the pressure and the screw will line up easier.

Squeeze the handle while you screw in the piece for the size. You won’t have resistance
Now we need to learn about rivits. Drill diameter, final thickness, and how to end up with a nice flat surface on both sides.
