Oh, Meg, this prompt is right up my alley. I am a collector of words and quotes. Finding out about black out poetry this year had me down another rabbit hole 😂. After watching your video, I’ve collected some words and phrases from old books and cosmetic boxes (was at Sephora today and the words on my mascara were, “Laughter is the best cosmetic.” 😊). Also have some Smartwool packaging words…”go far, feel good,” and a quote from Dina Wakley’s ledger papers. Will add them tomorrow. As always, thank you for sharing and inspiring. It definitely makes one look at “all the words” on everything now 😅
Adding words, I love adding words. I enjoyed this video, and reading people’s comments. I look forward to this every day
Love the reassembling into something new! Love all of this! Thank you!
Hi! I love using words and phrases in my journals, art books and my glue books. I get them from book pages and magazines mostly. But I do have some Tim Holtz, (I think they are from him) supplies. They make things interesting in my opinion. It can bring things together on the page or just be a like an after thought of something. I find them interesting and fun.
