Too much like hard work, just for 'neatness', just pouch them, free range of course, ten minutes before you consume them, a little 'raggedy' but still taste wonderful 👌
Where do you get your eggs from??? Is there a particular hen laying them??? These are not your basic grocery store eggs. The yolk is a dense orangey color. I've read that equates to being more nutritional. Don't know if that's true. Where can I find these eggs???
Nonsense, best technique I’ve seen yet is to turn the microwave upside down, and put them in a clear plastic bag, works everytime.

Good to know, next time I want to poach an egg I'll just set my temperature-controlled industrial grade steamer to 62C
