I make my chicken and dumplings pretty much like you did except for one thing I use herb ox sodium free little packets of bouillon that come in a green box. When I do that, my granddaughters tell me that’s their favorite meal. I don’t know how they put so much flavor in a sodium free bouillon. You have to use several packets though, but my goodness they had some kind of good chicken flavor.

I love your videos, but nobody can call that chicken and dumplings. You can call it chicken and pastry if you want, but dumplings are light, tender, full of holes and round in shape.
