I hope management at Popeyes are watching and reading comments: I was going to take my son to the Gloucester branch on Friday – his treat. But after seeing your treatment over that Chicken Piece (!) will not. I won’t help out robbers.
Its a shame the staff couldnt just change the chicken for you as it looked like 1.5 portions and not 2!!!

I had Popeyes lastnight the Manchester store, it was absolutely disgusting. Their chicken used to taste great, 100% better than anything KFC could offer. However something changed in the last 6 months, last night's experience was completely tasteless, lacking in any flavour, no herbs, no salt. The gravy and mash, what a joke, only half the container was filled with the smallest splash of gravy possible. Worst still, their hot wings smelt funny. Had a strong pungent aroma about them like they were rotten. I ended up throwing them all out and making a complaint – STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If you don't believe me, try it yourself!
You are in Richmond when you walk past there and what is a pretty up market area of the United Kingdom. The smell from Popeyes is revolting when you come out of the station and you smell it you are no longer in a affluent area.

KFC have massively gone hill since the 80s/90s there extremely overpriced chicken portion sizes have halfed in size the fries are rancid now and prices are outrageous now.
Tried this today after hearing many others saying how good it was – it was rubbish, 6 pieces of Louisiana chicken, 2 decent pieces, then a drumstick and 3 tiny wings. No flavour to coating, greasy and the sauces were shit. Buffalo was vinegary, mango habanero was ok but no spice. Ranch,na. I wont be back, overpriced shit food….in the same group as McDonalds
my main inssue with popeyes is the pickles, i dunno the word for it but they are just not pickled enough. I'm weird in the sense i cannot eat a raw cucumber but can if its pickled. So it really throws me off when i have a popeyes sandwich
Popeye's used to be a place I'd go to from time to time.
Really liked their spicy Chicken sandwiches and their Cajun fries.
Reasonable prices.
Hadn't been in the one I go to for a couple of weeks, and when I go in, the menu changed.
Renamed the sandwich I liked and jacked the price by $3 from before. The Cajun fries, increased by $2.
I walked out, haven't been back since.
