The ABC's of Property Management is a great study. I also have other books I am reading and studying to get grounded in my business.

The phrase "Get Rich Quick" has done more damage than anything else.

It is get wealthy for sure plan done right over 10 years. I do build to rent over the last 4 years on a small scale one rental build at a time. Have 12 doors now and starting two more. My average CoC return is 14%
