I love Coke with ice and lemon, but it's very hard to find in the UK. I often find that places either don't have ice, or they don't have lemon slices, or worse they don't have either.
My 'favourite' experience of trying to get Coke with ice and lemon went as follows:
Me: Hi, can I get a Coke with ice & lemon please.
Server: Sorry, we don't have any ice.
Me: OK, fine, just give me a Coke with lemon then.
Server: Hang on, I'll find out if we have lemon. [The server goes out the back.]
Server [a couple of minutes later]: Sorry we don't have any lemon.
Me: OK, I'll just get a Coke then.
Server: Sorry, we don't do Coke, just Pepsi.
Absolutely unbelievable. A first-world problem I know, but what utter utter unadulterated complete incompetence.
