Steaks should be rare. If it doesn't bleed when you cut into it it's overcooked
im not a heathen or a savage to eat raw meat and pretend to like it… medium-well and well-done are excellent ways of cooking a steak. if your steak comes out leathery and dry then youve not got the skills to cook a steak proper as its hard to get right.. but thats a conversation more people avoid with "rare isnt raw"
