I think you can fix the hot salt one with a bit more salt
In Asia we use the salt frying method quite often. However you have to cook it the right way. The right way is frying with dry ingredients because the salt will just "glide off" the wood you are cooking at the time. Steak and other red meat are by far the worst thing to salt fry. However, with fish is amazing. So I highly suggest you to salt fry fish. Even though I know you are @MaxTheMeatGuy and won't really make a sense for you to cook fish. But still great video. I've been following you and remaking you dish since almost a year
100 лучшим способов испортить мясо. 😂😂😂 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
So a couple of these were an issue with the method. The sun oven definitely wasn't set up right and didn't get hot enough. And for the salt one, you gotta use coarse salt, not table salt. It's also really supposed to be for dry foods, not wet ones, but even so it still would definitely turn out better with coarse

Umm excuse me. There's a steak in my salt 😂😂😂.
(Dumps like 5 gallons of salt on it then says) surprisingly It was way too salty.😂😂😂
