The second I saw that the last one came with coleslaw, I knew what was winning. Seriously, coleslaw is the best thing you can put on a burger, it's crazy that it's becoming a trend just now.
I've done it for years at home after tasting an angus beef brisket burget at a festival that basically just had smoked meat, coleslaw, and a bit of mayo. Best burgers I've had in my life, and they're honestly a highlight of that metal festival every year for me.
