You stuff the pasta shells on Maghan's recipe…..
Those meatballs by Snopp look hard as hell. I wouldn't trust him in the kitchen except for making Kool-Aid.
As a classically trained chef, it makes me cringe when I see a person (male or female) with long hair, preparing food. It's just gross. When she is making Megan Markel's dish, when she is about to measure the chicken bullion powder, she swipes her hair out of her face, with the same hand which is holding the measuring spoon. I'm sorry, but that is awful. It should have been edited out (it's not too late Allrecipes). Also, please pull your hair back Nicole; set an example. I don't care if you are feeding friends, family or even yourself. Finding physical contamination (including hair) isn't something that anyone eating deserves. Sad for a professional, and sad that it's been filmed for all the world to see, and sad that basic Serve Safe safety standards were not met. Otherwise, these are educational and entertaining videos coming from Nicole and Allrecipes.
Love your recipe comparisons, only thing for the Italian are you not using fresh grated Parm? The container ones from the store contain binders
You lost me when you included a Meghan Markle recipe!!!
In making the sauce you have to make the Italian sofrito (Stanley Tucci swears by it). You have to saute carrot, celery, and onion in olive oil adding garlic with herbs. You cannot skip this step. It will give the sauce body along with sweetness and salt.
I like you. I really do….but saying traditional Italian pasta dishes are tomato based or that pasta dishes without tomatoes are non traditional is ignorant. I make at least 30 different pasta dishes that I learned from my Italian family who grew up in Italy and very few of them have tomato in them. In Italy in their pasta dishes they use whatever vegetables are in season, beans, other legumes, fish, meat, oil, herbs, butter, eggs, cheese and of course also tomatoes.
I'm sorry but if you watch Meghan Markle in a kitchen it's very very clear she's no cook. She is frankly clueless.
Sorry, but onions have no business in a sauce. Maybe grated but definitely not diced.
Marbles recipe is better with basmati rice
