I asked chefs, food-loving friends, and my Instagram followers to recommend the most underrated restaurants in London and here’s what I found. In this video, I visit 7 hidden gem spots across the city, from BBQ joints to Vietnamese pho, rating each out of 5: Benny the Butcher (Camden), Sen Viet (King’s Cross), Normah’s (Queensway), Tsiakkos & Charcoal (Greek-Cypriot, West London), Honey & Smoke (Great Portland Street), Katsu Wraps (Shoreditch), HolySmokes BBQ (Bow Road).
If you’re bored of the usual food spots, this video is packed with underrated London restaurants, cheap eats, and hidden gems worth the trip.

Crunchy aubergine? Nooo.
I am always surprised when traveling abroad in Europe (away from Scandinavia), When they don't accept electronic payment. Not even accepting visa/master card. Instantly suspect money laundering, lol.
It cracks me up when you call him ‘the cameraman’ like you’re some kind of celebrity
"under ray id" "over ray id" "aven't "… can't you speak your English properly or too lazy?
please can we all PLEASE stop calling it "katsu sauce". There is NO SUCH THING. Katsu means breaded. As in Katsu Chicken = Breaded chicken (well technically the word katsu comes from cutlet but when we say katsu in Japan it usually means breaded and fried). The sauce is CURRY sauce not katsu. Please, I'm begging you as a native Japanese.
That’s not Philly Cheese Steak….we never put coriander in PCS SANDWICH anywhere in the States.
Philly cheese steaks suck.. how they ever garnered the attention they get as an American sandwich baffles me.. Italian beefs, north shore beefs (the best sandwich in the world imo but is very closely guarded by the north shore Connecticut community, YouTube them), poboys, proper Italian deli subs, cubanos, ham on rye, chopped cheese.. and more I'm forgetting all blow Philly cheese out the water..
It's literally just the lowest quality cut of the lowest quality beef cooked badly and served with so much chemical cheese (some people even opt for the ungodly cheeze whizz option) that you can taste nothing else. The bread is always super processed bs too. Tourist trap bs. If you want a good sandwich in London go to Dom's subs
no music, authentic, very British which I love, and you are also hilarious. Love these videos.
0:49 THAT AINT NO PHILLY CHEESESTEAK‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🙄🙄🙄🙈🫣🤔🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ ITS MORE BREAD THEN MEAT AND CHEESE, WE DO NOT DO CHEESE WHIZ, AND WE DO TOPPINGS‼️
06:08 The Netherlands have "iDEAL" which is technically, in the background, a bank transfer. Cleverly disguised in nice apps and smart usage of QR codes. Highly effective, cheap payment system. It will be replaced with WERO (same here: "SEPA Instant Credit Transfer" in the background, scanning QR codes as the "frontend"). Circumvents US payment dominance (Visa/VPay, Mastercard/Maestro, American Express, PayPal, …). WERO will be pan-european (pan-EU), but only a few countries are taking part at the moment (and only a few banks in the respective countries).
