  1. One thing my dad made was either fried spam or bologna sandwiches or elbow Mac with canned tomato sauce and a bunch of butter. My mom would also make white rice with cream of chicken soup and the butter from her baked chicken (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc and then baked in a bunch of butter) but she did without it half the time

  2. This is not a struggle meal. It is just a breakfast I would love to make one day when money is not so tight.
    French toast topped with 3 bacon rashers a fried egg on top of that and everything topped with hollandaise sauce. Add half an avocado on the side. season to taste.
