CiCi’s pizza goes so hard if you grew up poor. The food was so good for what you could get from the cheap price. I miss my local chain for the powered sugar covered brownies and mac and cheese pizza alone. Somehow, my local chain almost always had fresh pizza on the buffet line as well.
Buffets should be banned, they are absurd.

People expect to pay a couple bucks and get an infinite amount of michelin star meals. If I had infinite pizza and soda for 7 bucks I'd be there every day.

What they did to the pizza is criminal
Shady Maple was so much fun visiting from Philly as a kid. I live in Lancaster now, and it's universally regarded by residents as 'pretty mid', which was my experience the last time I went. I think the qualities dropped off over the years, if it was ever there. I might have just been happy eating unlimited bacon and donuts and running around the gift shop.
Where i live in canada all the buffets have closed from our shit economy. This video makes me really miss them
