✍️ ABOUT ME:
I started my TikTok early 2023 to help others gain their confidence in learning. When I first started my academic comeback journey, I struggled to find the resources and help that I needed. I went from an E to an A* within 3 months just to fall back down to an E, but I picked myself up and I’ve been an academic weapon for 5 years as a Chemical Engineering student! If i can do it, you can too!

  1. although squats also focuses on core giving squats as an example for abs is kind of funny when the most important part is to have enough low of a bodyfat lol 9:23 also i feel like this is just fear of judgement, not good for ur mindset. btw what u said about preparing for the exams in advance being ready 2 weeks before the exams is SO TRUE. and def i need to work on this. i actually did this for one of the classes like one of the hardest ones and it's been one of the easiest A+ of my life. gonna improve on this. thank u for the reminder!!

  2. The more you slow down the more time you actually have. First crucial step, slow down to speed up. 1. Set a clear goal Ex: I’m going to work on my project today (don’t say) , don’t say you will do a syllabus. Ex: say 500 words for my essay before noon, juggling lots of plates and falling apart.

Ex: schedule study session in between other task, finish paper by 2pm

    2. Rushing is screwing me over. Slow down and work smarter.

    3. Don’t ignore small compact of 30 minute sessions a day on a day

    4. Task paralysis- ADHD. Go to open spaces to work so your body can get a reset. Switch it up and see what works for me.

    5. Illuminate distractions (turn CRM notifications off and put phone up, tip: have myself recorded, so when I see myself reaching for fun I can stop. Turn on focus on phone.

    6. Delegating. Tools and system.

    7. It will take time don’t give up right away try out things and see what works best for me.

Key takeaways: slow down to speed up, manage distractions, drop toxic hustle culture , see what works for me, switch up
    Space.

    Thank you!!

  3. My biggest takeaway is to slow down and set specific goals do maybe like 3-4 task specific each day. Work on switching my work location more throughout the week. I’m excited bc tomorrow I’ll work while my daughter is at the trampoline park. This inspired me to use my business journal to see what works and what doesn’t. Turn off CRM notifications.
