Chinese govt did the prerequisite,Indian govt didn't even bother to start their homework. None of the reporter counter Piyush goyal about what does it take to achieve that. Atleast 2% of gdp in R&D for a decade,massive fundings from financial institutions,3-4 worldclass insitutions with best faculty members and stop treating your own students like trash.
What is your govt doing to change this? What is your impetus in R&D and manufacturing industries of these sectors?
