سنٹرل پاکستان دریائے سندھ کے بہاو کے ساتھ ساتھ سکردو سے سندھ تک کا وسطی علاقہ نظر انداز ہو رہا ہے پہلا فیز اسی تکون سے نکلتا ہے دوسرا فیز اسی تکون میں گھوم گھام کے گم ہو جاتا ہے۔تیسرا فیز چونکہ آخری فیز اسے نقشوں میں تو خیبر پختونخوا اور بلوچستان کی سیر کرائی جاتی ہے لیکن عملا چونکہ گودار نان فنکشنل اور نان ڈیویلپ رکھناہے لہذا بات کبھی تیسرےفیز کے روڈ اور اکنامک زونز تک جانے ہی نہیں دیتے جیسے بڑے ڈیمز کے لئے تو 20ارب رکھ دئے اور بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ کے لئے 700 ارب سےرکھ دینے ہیں۔
یہ ریسرچ پالیسی جیسے ادارے بجٹ کھانے کے لئے ہی ہیں؟؟؟ یا منصوبہ سازی کے لئے

I wished this whole project was done by Chines or any other foreign companies. I am talking especially Hazara motorways. This motorway starts from Islamabad Peshawar motorway. The part of this motorway which was constructed by Chines is wonderful but that part which was constructed by Pakistani firms is extremely bad, less and bad and cheap quality material has been used, it seems less skilled people worked on this project which resulted the motorway has already started showing it's reality just in the mater of months. The whole part from Peshawar Islamabad motorway to Havelian (probably Shah Maqsood) is uneven, broken, became bumpy, road divider either got broken by locals or it broke by itself, pedestrians and their animals cross the road from anywhere they want which seems a extremely dangerous both for the pedestrians and vehicles as it seems there is no to less patrolling and it does not seem if there is any fencing to stop them ( the local probably need to be educated first and then fines should start). The speed limit on this motorway seems unrealistic as where it should be much less they have posted a very high speed limit which makes it so dangerous to cause accidents. You can even find some locals driving their vehicles on the wrong way which again shows there is no regular patrolling. Another thing also happened without any issue that the toll abruptly got doubled. Hope someone from the concerned responsible people will pay attention on these points which is beneficial for everyone.
Sahiwal coal project has been worst for environment, these plants supposed to be outside of cities and towns. Govt has no sense tbh. We need more projects especially related to canals and agriculture with cpec
