I ate as his burger spot in Vegas ten years ago. It was like $25 for a burger. I was annoyed. Then I ate it. Best I ever had.

Rule of thumb whilst going to one of his restaurants is "NEVER ORDER THE SALAD ESPECIALLY CEASAR" Every time I seen or heard someone tell me about their experience at one of his spots & they'd say everything was good except for the salad.
Always love Michelin star restaurants that actually offer decent portions.

Funniest thing in these comments. People bitching about Mac n Cheese and arguing food cultures… don't even realise "Macaroni and Cheese" is a British (well, English) dish from 1769.
American's bitching about British food don't even realise how much of it permeates their food culture. The British just had a major culinary shift during and post WWII due to rationing and economic issues. We've forgotten most of it as a culture.
