The whole point of GOOD sushi is that it lives and dies on the balance of ingredients providing a good texture and flavor. Sushi burritos and sandwiches and the like are fucking nasty, I'm sorry.

Making gluten free pasta mushy is honestly kinda impressive, it usually has an al dente texture even when you overcook it 😅
