Muscle weight is great because it's a person's musculature that supports the lungs and diaphragm which provides breath support. Being overweight in general doesn't help much if you're dancing while singing or wearing a costume. 🙂

This song is wonderful and as others have noted , it was written and recorded by Roy Orbison. I wish you would react to his music. If you haven’t heard his music , please listen and react to it. “Running Scared ‘. tells a great story. Other great songs are “Crying” and “It’s Over”. So many artists were inspired by him.
All of you "younger" DJs should consider listening to the entire song(s) before your comments. Trust us old folks from this era and let the song play thru then come back and breakdown the song as you see fit, whether or not you love it or not.
You miss SOOOO much when you chip the music up. Not just you but all of these DJs and experts.

I know this is a relatively old upload, but…. Have you considered comparing(not the best word, perhaps "relating" a better phrasing?) the OG Roy Orbison's version to Linda's interpretation. Linda didn't "cover" Roy's songs… she honored each one!
Oh haha i thought Pat B was my first concert – this is the only song I remember hearing. I remember not caring one whit about anything on stage – all this time lol Memories of an 11yr old are not to be trusted. Although I do respect my taste in music lol – I think – I'll have to look up what else was popular by her when I saw her live. My stepmother took me with some of her friends and at that time I was listening to Joy Division, The Smiths, The Kinks, etc – so I didn't broadcast my first concert experience- my second was Divo 🤣Whip it Good
