I would never in a million years give a camera man and a editor a equal share as the main character. You take the risks, Its your face, If you make a bad review on a place and they want to come after you its you that gets it, Not the cameraman or editor. Should be a 60/20/20 split and that would be more than fair. You can get a new camerman, You can get a new editor, What they cant get is another you.

If you take a fee to review a business then you simply compromise your independence. This needs to be stated. I like the way you pay your way and don't take freebies either. Transparency is the name of the game.
