Cabbage — 1 head
Onion — 1 pc.
Red bell pepper — 1 pc.
Potatoes — 2 pcs.
Eggs — 3 pcs.
Milk — 1 cup
Flour — 4 tbsp
Olive oil — 30 ml + for frying
Tomatoes — 3 pcs.
Hard cheese — 100 g
Fresh dill — a small bunch
Salt, black pepper, paprika, dried garlic, rosemary, Italian herbs — to taste
For the sauce:
Yogurt or sour cream — 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise — 1 tbsp
Cucumber — 1 pc.
Garlic — 1 clove
Dill, salt, pepper — to taste
👩🍳 Preparation:
Chop the cabbage, cover with hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid.
Sauté the onion and pepper in olive oil for 3–5 minutes.
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, cover with cold water for 10 minutes, then squeeze well.
Mix the cabbage, potatoes, and sautéed vegetables. Add salt, pepper, paprika, dried garlic, and rosemary.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, flour, olive oil, and dill. Pour the mixture over the vegetables.
Place everything in a baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Remove from the oven, add sliced tomatoes, Italian herbs, and grated cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
For the sauce: grate the cucumber, add yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Use your own natural speaking voice are you subtitles but don't subject us to AI narration because millions of us probably tens of millions of us simply scroll on to the next video. Most won't take the time to tell the channel creator why their channel is simply not growing the way others are but it's because other people you know the ones who have channels were in they actually speak to their viewers and treat them as fellow humans yeah they don't use obnoxious AI narration so do yourself a favor if you want your channel to grow and get rid of it
