In this video, I explore Karachi’s real late-night street food scene, starting from the legendary Babu Bun Kabab of Burns Road that has now opened its second branch in Nazimabad near Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. From there, I head to Paposh Nagar to try the famous Peshawari Soup that locals love during chilly nights. The journey continues towards Banaras where I try spicy chicken kaleji made fresh on the streets and then visit Jemzar Chapli Kabab, known for serving one of the most authentic chapli kababs in Karachi — their nalli chapli kabab is a must-try.
Finally, I reach Ameer Saab ki Biryani which opens only at 11PM and sells out within two hours. This unique biryani has a pulao touch because of its yakhni base — a fusion that truly stands out in Karachi’s street food world.
