I’m still seeing variations on these cottage cheese chips all over. For it to work I think you’d have to really dry out the cottage cheese, use Parmesan on top, broil at the end, and skip the onion 🤷🏽♀️

It was going alright until it was… just the damn onion like what.
okay its not JUST the onion. But the onion is the only structure. I thought they were gonna blend the cottage cheese, thicken it with cornstarch, add in diced onions and chives and use it as a spread for toast.
Cause I won't lie, life's too big for us to worry over how this bread will mess up the timeline. 0/10 for this… flimsy onion recipe. Wasted opportunities. (Also why do people use cottage cheese all the damn time?)
