We use gandharaj or kagzi nimbu. And its skin also. No suji puri. Suji puri is not crunchy. Alu me bhiga hua badam dalne se acha taste ata hai.

Kolkata wale phuchka me kabhi onion nahi hota.. Aur jo log kolkata me rehte hai unke phuchke me kisine onion de diya to wo log khana chor denge.. lekin kolkata ke bahar sab jagah phuchka me onion hota hai.. isiliye kolkata wale log kabhi bahar jake phuchka nahi khate..
