Once during lunch. I had a Korean coworker. He tells me a story. Back in Seoul Korea I knew a 3rd degree taekwondo black belt expert, long long time train the mountains in the 80s and 90s. Best shape 6 pack real fit. Then he came to America and eat hamburger first time. Then eat hamburger 2-3 times a week. Now he so fat cannot recognize him no more.

You need to cook bacon longer than the burger, Bacon should be somewhat Crispy at worst , nice n crispy at best…
